At MemoPrints, each piece is custom-made just for you. Because of this, orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once your order has entered production, weβre unable to cancel, modify, or refund it.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@memo-prints.com β weβll do our best to assist you before your item enters production.
π Returns & Exchanges
Since every item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We are unable to offer refunds for:

Dissatisfaction with style, color, or size

Incorrect photos or customization details provided by the customer
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to offer a replacement.
π³ Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the case of damage or production errors.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3β5 business days.
π Gift Orders
If your order was marked as a gift and arrives damaged, you may receive a replacement or store credit. Please contact us at info@memo-prints.com for assistance.
π¦ Return Shipping (If Applicable)
In rare approved cases where a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
